Area of each booth: Building area 50-60 square meters each booth, usable floor space 25-30 square meters. One applicator can only apply for one booth in common zone.
Annual charge for rent: According to usable floor space. Average price: First floor RMB5200/㎡(about RMB130，000/year/booth), RMB6200/㎡(about RMB150，000/year/booth for those face the Dongsheng road ); Second floor RMB2100/㎡（about RMB53，000/year/booth）; Third floor RMB1800/㎡(about RMB45，000/year/booth); Forth floor RMB1400/㎡( about RMB35，000/year/booth);
Performance bond: First floor：RMB200，000/booth; Second ， third and forth floor：RMB100，000/booth.
Term of lease: 3 years for superior goods zone in the first term. Lease contract become invalid automatically when lease terminates. Term of lease and rent charge are readjusted according to actual situation and lease contract will be signed again.
Preferential policy: companies in the common zone of the fabric market will be examined annually according to taxes and rewarded 20%-50& rent charge.

Superior Goods Zone of the Fabric Market

Area of each booth: you can apply for booths on the 2nd and 3rd floor of second stage. Each booth in the superior goods zone has a building area 50-60 square meters and usable floor space 25-30 square meters. One applicator can apply for 2-3 booths in superior goods zone.
Annual charge for rent: One price for one booth according to its usable floor space. Second floor RMB2100/㎡（about RMB53，000/year/booth）; Third floor RMB1800/㎡(about RMB45，000/year/booth).
Performance bond: RMB150，000/booth.
Term of lease: 6 years for superior goods zone in the first term. Lease contract become invalid automatically when lease terminates. Term of lease and rent charge are readjusted according to actual situation and lease contract will be signed again.
Preferential policy: a special pavilion named with country or region can be set up if there are more than 20 applicators from the same country (or region) and provided most preferential policies, and could lower the entrance standard; Companies in the superior goods zone of fabric market will be examined annually according to taxes and rewarded 20%-50& rent charge.
